Our Culture.
Our team atmosphere is centered around community. We know that good food comes from a happy home. Here at Sizzling Platter, our restaurants house a family of employees in a fun and supportive environment where coworkers strive to make a difference in and outside of the kitchen.
Faith Huntington
Faith started out with us as a guest visiting one of our Colorado locations. She stopped in to pick up a pizza for her family, and as she waited for it, looked around and realized that she should apply and help make the store better. She was offered a Lead Manager position, worked her way up to General Manager, and is now one of our Training Coordinators.
Daniel DeLaCruz
Daniel joined us as part of an acquisition in Texas. From there he worked his way up to General Manger and then District Manager. He moved to New Mexico as a District Manager, and decided he’d like to own and run stores himself. Now he’s opening stores in Texas, and is still a great partner!
Dallen Rowe
Little Caesars is in Dallen’s blood. Over the years, many of his family members have worked at Little Caesars as well. Dallen joined us as part of our first Little Caesars acquisition, and was a General Manager at the time. He worked his way up to District Manager, switched Brands when we purchased Dunkin’, took over Mexico Operations as we grew in Mexico, and is now the Dunkin’ Brand President here in the US.
Mark Howe
Starting out as a dishwasher at Sizzler, Mark’s entire career was with us. He worked up to General Manager, then in 1993 when we opened our first Red Robin, he became the District Manager for our Red Robin group. When he retired in 2022, Mark had been the Vice President of Operations for all US locations for over a decade.
